Frank Aquino was born in Collie, Western Australia, the son of Italian immigrants. He studied science at UWA and the West Australian Institute of Technology, majoring in Geology. A successful petroleum drilling engineer, he now lives and writes in Perth full time.

His exciting series of oil rig related thrillers are authentically interwoven into his extensive offshore knowledge and experience, opening up a whole new world to most readers.
