My story has to start at the very beginning to allow you, the reader, to understand how a checkered pattern is created, then to see the path that is woven through childhood uncertainty. Once the loom is set, I believe that people don’t change.

Every day, everywhere, I see the same uncertainty in the next generation. We all know how childhood misunderstandings can leave painful wounds . . . but if the wound is treated with love it will heal, allowing that person to grow instead of carrying the scar for a lifetime and passing the pain on to their children.

It only takes one unbalanced event to change an innocent young mind and drive a child to a different direction in life, withdevastating effects not only on the person involved but also on their loved ones.
